In fall of 2019 we began a house project with Paul Armstrong of Edward Anderson as Architect and Project Manager. Having lived here for more than 12 years we understood exactly how we lived in our home. Our project encompassed the entire first floor. We had specific ideas about design and functionality that Paul understood and implemented seamlessly. The added value were the new ideas Paul presented to complement our existing plan. His measured approach assured a cohesive plan.
Successful implementation of design is largely predicated on the quality of the general contractor. Dominic Manieri of Edward Anderson is a talented craftsman with expertise in all areas of construction. Most notably Dominic is "a worker." His strong work ethic and attention to detail assured integrity in our project. Dominic set the same standards for any sub-contractor, reviewing each stage of their work. Dominic was so easy to work with, understanding of all questions and responsive to any issue that came up. He was very easy to have around our family and in our home. Timing on our project was a bit delayed due to Covid issues.
